Q1: Does it require a separate faucet?
No. It has an integrated invisible faucet. You simply press a button to dispense water directly.
Q2: Where is the water tank located?
The LSRO-801A has a built-in 2-gallon NSF-certified metal tank.
Q3: Can I add a UV or alkaline filter?
Yes. A UV light can be built in, and alkaline material can be added to the final-stage cartridge upon request.
Q4: How do I know when to replace the filters?
The system includes a filter change reminder. When it's time to replace, you'll receive a flash red light notification directly on the panel and beep sounds for 90 seconds at the same time.
The alarm will only beep sounds when the red light is on and taking out the water.
This is a thoughtful design that will not disturb you with the alarm sound in the middle of the night. This feature got a patent design.
