Q: Is LanShan a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer in Taiwan and was established in 1993, specializing in the production of residential, commercial, and industrial water filtration systems, RO water systems, and water purifiers.

Q: Can I use our logo/brand including custom branding?

A: Yes, of course, and OEM is absolutely welcomed.

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: OEM products will request MOQ. According to different products, the MOQ will be different.

Q: Do machines and other products have any certifications?

A: Yes, most machines are CE-certified. Some are even Watermark certified. Most filter cartridges, RO membranes, filter housing, faucets, and fittings with NSF certified.

Q: How can I get a sample product?

A: Sample production will be arranged after receiving the sample payment. The sample delivery will be arranged by Lan Shan or arrange the collection by buyer.

Q: How does the production take?

A: Sample order delivery time is about 7-14 days. Bulk order delivery time is about 30-45 days. 

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: Warranty 1 year machine products except filter cartridges.

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

A: We accept various payment methods, including T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Card, and L/C.
